This Privacy Policy describes how UFaceFlip AI ("UFaceFlip", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the UFaceFlip mobile application (the "App"), an AI photo-to-video and image creation service.

1. Information we collect

• Photos and prompts you provide. Images you upload and text prompts you enter are sent to our servers and to our AI generation providers solely to create your requested content.
• Generated content. Videos and images created for you are stored temporarily so you can view, download, and share them. Creations are automatically deleted after a limited retention period shown in the App.
• Account and device data. We create an anonymous account keyed to a device identifier. We collect device model, OS version, language, and app version.
• Purchase data. Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive purchase receipts to grant credits and premium features; we never see your payment card details.
• Usage and analytics data. We use Firebase Analytics (and, when configured, Adjust and Meta SDKs) to understand app usage and measure advertising.
• Push tokens. If you allow notifications, we store a push token to tell you when your video is ready.

2. Photos of faces

UFaceFlip is a photo-to-video app, so the photos you upload usually show a face. We use each photo only to generate the video or image you requested. We do not use your photos to identify you, we do not create or store facial-recognition templates or biometric identifiers, we do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them for advertising. Photos are deleted with your creations at the end of the retention period.

3. How we use information

• To generate the videos and images you request;
• To operate your credit balance, subscriptions, and purchases;
• To send generation-status notifications you opted into;
• To improve the App, fix problems, and prevent abuse (including automated screening for prohibited content);
• To measure advertising performance (only with your consent where required).

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run UFaceFlip: cloud hosting and storage, AI generation providers (which process your uploaded photos and prompts to produce your content), Apple/Google for purchases, and the analytics partners listed above. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Retention

Uploaded photos and generated creations are kept for the limited period shown in the App and then deleted from our servers. Account, purchase, and credit records are kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your choices and rights

• You can delete individual creations in the App at any time.
• You can disable notifications in system settings.
• On iOS you can deny tracking via App Tracking Transparency.
• Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise them; your user ID is shown in the App's Settings screen.
• Account deletion. UFaceFlip has no sign-up: your account is an anonymous device account. To delete it and all associated data (creations, uploads, credit history, push tokens), email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and the user ID from Settings. We complete deletion within 30 days; purchase records we must keep for tax or legal reasons are retained only as long as required.

7. Children

UFaceFlip is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the App.
